But it’s never the parents’ fault…

Yeah, I was going to say that the problem actually appears to be children.
No, the problem is that parenting became a bad word or something, so you have feral critters loud mouthing and sometimes assaulting their own parents, who in turn complain the government should fix it.
But it’s never the parents’ fault…
There’s a ‘fuck off were full’ movement but it’s not quite what you would hope.
