Here in Paraguay it’s very difficult to find one
There are some very cheap alternatives out there, especially on Amazon but probably also very easy to find on other vendor websites. Some of them are even credit-card shaped so much easier to fit in a wallet. Work with either iOS or Android.

apple products are simply too overpriced for most people that don’t live in the USA
You’re right, the iPhone 11 is very common here. Samsung and Xiaomi dominate the market. Plus, Apple’s prices are ridiculously inflated.
