…I suppose we’ll be seeing a lot of headlines like this in the next few years. The UK is going to do every dumb, self-destructive thing the USA has been doing lately, isn’t it?
Every time someone in Europe tries to start some shit about how dumb Americans are for allowing our democracy to crumble, I like to gently remind them that we’re all being held hostage by the same people. This isn’t a local problem, this is what happens when you give corporations everything they want to control your society.
Hopefully someone is rich enough to pay for chips.
