I really do not understand, now is that supposed to mean II or XI?
Font matters
Yep I couldn’t understand why they chose to use Roman notation. To be honest though 11 is a weird age cut off to have picked.
They probably decided on 10 or below, but it didn’t sound as catchy in the marketing
people kept thinking it was binary for 2 during audience testing
Binary for three. Two would be 1 0 which would then get confused with 10 which would actually take us full circle.
That’s why the changed it from 10 to 11 during testing, because people kept thinking it meant 2
Took me a good while to read it as 11 so it is pretty confusing tbf
No, but seriously. What the fuck?
I’d prefer London do me
So did one to be honest
Clearly they mean under 3
It’s an homophonic alliteration in binary.
Kids under three ride free.
Kids under or travel free
Let’s Do London… hmm…
That kid is clearly not under 2 though. Should be that all kids ride free
The fine print:

It is too, accurate for kids under eleven.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT

Is this loss?

In print, yes, in hand written maths I don’t mind the line
Until there’s a lowercase L, or you’re taking the absolute value of something …
I don’t really handwrite anything these days, but my brother always taught me to put a little upturned curve at the bottom of letters to differentiate them from similar-looking numbers.

I think in order to see a major unified system font update, we are going to need two huge corporations battle each other in court.
