Most coworkers made working there a breeze but the manager is somebody who will throw me under the bus if she has to and loves playing favorites.

I sometimes talk and eat together with those coworkers I enjoy and is a breeze, I sometimes miss working with them, they made the job easier.

But the manager is a person I don’t trust. So what does a smart person do in a situation like this?

    What is the question…….

IT IS ALL ABOUT THE BOSS

If you groove with your boss, you can shovel shit in a muggy swamp and be happy.

If you dont get along with your boss, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS

What does a smart person do in a situation like this?

    Avoid at all costs.

Seriously, this is the definition of a “work there for 15 minutes until you find literally anything else” bridge job.

Easy. Build friendships outside of work with the people you enjoy spending time with, avoid working for the bad manager. The smart person realizes the most fulfilling relationships aren’t built at work.
