Absolute loss, I loved his emotional and unhinged stories! If you like the Hyperion books but wanted even more chaos, you should check out Illuim, a retelling of the Greek classic but with nanobots, time travel, the actual Mons Olympus on Mars only visible with time portals, and dinosaurs.
