EDIT 2: Turning off the blur video background setting fixes it.

EDIT 3: This issue matched a previous problem with the video player so I thought it was a bug. It seems the blur setting was introduced in 416 but is still being worked on since the blur effect still needs to be added. In card view, the video gets duplicated and both video is playing.

    For smaller videos, like this one, the blur video background setting doesn’t take effect and the video player is just an overlay. Also, on card view there’s two videos that play when you tap on the video.
