First, Israel is thrilled to see Gulf states annihilated or diminished.

The USA has never won a unilateral war. The only wars they have won were the ones where they had a strong coalition of allies. And Israel isn’t strong or a coalition, as it’s basically the same country.
Based on how the confederacy became the GOP and inflicted the 2 party system, I’d say they also lost their civil war.
Not to mention Iran is notoriously difficult to “conquer”, historically, theologically, geologically and militarily. It’s the perfect honey trap to get an overly aggressive and incompetent fascist regime stuck and bleed out.
