Turns out talking about .ml users excusing Russian war crimes and Iranian crimes against humanity is not OK in c/asklemmy. Nor is mocking defederated Hexbears on alt accounts who literally admit to sealioning XD

Doing a ban then quick unban to remove comments so they don’t show in the modlog feels kind of abusive. It’s exploiting a flaw of Lemmy to prevent the removed comments from showing up.
One of the biggest reasons why I dislike lw is they constantly just scrub removed comments from mod log
And if calling people out for sealioning is against the rules, why not just straight ban me? Why ban and insta-unban, just to quietly remove the comments and then not have a ban appeal another mod might see?
Makes no sense really.
