I can’t imagine how many families are suffering right now. I can’t imagine how I’d cope with such a loss. I hate this. It heartens me to see the community coming together in support of one another, but this never should have happened.

      Can’t wait for 9/11 2 Electric Boogaloo

America refuses to learn the lessons of blowback, no matter how many times it is demonstrated.

I agree. My point is violence begets violence.

Imagine if we put the time/money/resources into creating a better world for all instead of killing each other.

        Imagine there’s no religion.

          religion isn’t the problem.

the problem is that war is extremely profitable to some, and as long as we reward that greed instead of punishing it, there will be war and suffering.

Tell that to the crusaders who legit went on to war over a 200 year period to try to get back “the holy lands”

Christianity is like the most problematic relation in history.

but this war is mostly for profit, as were the crusades

If Israel really did intentionally bomb these children wouldn’t they also bomb this funeral?

Are you suggesting that because this funeral wasn’t bombed that they just happened to double-tap a girls school in error?

No, they’re just saying it wouldn’t be unexpected behavior, and Israel has a long history of bombing funerals in Palestine.

Honestly that was my thought/worry as well. It’s like gang/mob members killing somebody then deliberately waiting for the funeral to take another swipe at their rivals.

Dropping a big bomb on mourners and then just saying “oops” would be very much in line with the behavior we’ve seen lately. I’m glad it didn’t this happen but wouldn’t put it past them

But the indiscriminate bombing is supposed to bring about free market economics and democracy. Are you saying that isn’t going to work?
