My neighbors are really bad guys. They are offensive, trolls… but the worst part is that they do it always. They scan my communications, hear what I say, see which I see on mobile… so on. To joke, to jeer, to make fun, to spoof.
My family don’t believe the story, they say that probably it’s caused by my imagination (hallucination) and they want to send me the Psychologist.
I required that they believe on me and provide a good hardware to catch the spies. They say that “it’s not what I need”.
F----ng maniacs, I can’t catch them… but I’m very secure that it’not about my mind.
The worst part: they had stolen the truth, my truth… Gaslighting, rumors, lies… they hide in their cave and don’t act directly.
Probably you never won’t understand what it’s feel: your family believing more on a vile persons than on your words. I 'm sure, really sure, that they are laughing off on their asses. Because they know the real facts and got to simulate really well.
It’s not only about the wrong doing, it’s about the frequency. they are so persistent, so attentive for wrong actions. It’s not possible ignoring or to be indifferent, including if I don’t care their lives and words. They get their objectives through insistence/persistense, repeated critizes, making fun every day, many times on a day. so on.

On the off-chance that this is true, your family or a psychologist are unlikely to believe you unless you have some solid evidence.
Why do you believe your neighbours are doing this? Do you have any idea what might be motivating them or whoever is making them do it?
If you do decide to see a psychologist, there’s a good chance they’ll focus more on finding ways to help you function despite your situation/beliefs, rather than establishing whether or not your claims are true. Might be worth going to an intake session and seeing what they have to offer.
Even if you’re imagining this, it never hurts to lock down your devices a bit. You could consider installing Linux or Qubes OS on your PC and a custom rom like GrapheneOS on your phone.
