I wanted to have themed party rooms. like one theme had a classic console TV, orange shag carpet, wood panneled walls. for an added fee you could have “grandma” deliver some fresh baked cookies to you and your friends. maybe even “dad” screaming at you to take out the trash.
Any place that has a large “banned wall” is probably nice.
They are either really nice or terrible but you will figure out which one almost immediately.

I am too young for granny, but I could be mom, barging in with OJ and healthy snacks, repulsed by the violent or scandalously sexy games you play

I got old and having a family is a heavy financial burden.
I have to financially plan for their school, possible college, and long-term care for when I’m dead.

And a successful business could do all of that
would love to but I don’t have the million dollars to risk on a business that may or may not do well in the area.
my family dies pretty young (in their 60s) and I only have 5-15 years left before I’m I’m that range.
If I was 20-30 years younger, I would probably take the risk.
