It’s the eyes that really look off to me. Unrelated to the fact that your post is an entirely different doll than the original meme, the irises/whites in yours seem like a “confused” AI not being able to settle on something cohesive. I’m not sure how to describe it, but its different than just a poorly-made doll

EDIT: This slightly higher quality version of the same image is able to shed more light on some of the telltale signs of being AI-generated: https://i.imgur.com/yHYDauj.jpeg

Curious. That image looks like the result of an attempted AI upscale of the base image. The hairline is mottled, eyebrows darker/sharper, lips have more definition, and the blotchy eyes.

Verification aside, it was not my intention to make use of an AI image for a meme as I did not see it as such. Whether that means my perception is dulled to where I can be fooled now or that we’re still overestimating the capability of the tech, is up for debate. I’d prefer the latter.

That’s a different barbie than in OP.

Last week, some jagoff used ai to “redo” a webcomic into the same webcomic, but worse, and with cats. Didn’t even bother tracing. This is possibly an edit or an AI swap / recreation.

        This is definitely AI slop:

The other image appears to be a manufactured doll that was the basis for the modified versions. Or maybe it’s just been jpeg-ed enough to look more realistic.
