Seems like it would be cheaper and more efficient to just establish a free public waste drop off place.
That’s where I do my fly tipping.
There’s two places within a fifteen minute drive where I can dump anything.
Literally just drive in.
Fly-tipping is not to be confused with cow-tipping.
