Just move far enough to get it out of draw distance and it will move eventually.

Easiest solution is a Schrödinger pistol. Since they are still counted as separate entities, each will collapse the wave function individually, so ~half the instances will take off running. Repeat as needed until none overlap.
It’s so annoying when that happens. Gotta reboot reality so they start pathing normally again.
