We don’t have public paths like that because you are allowed to walk wherever you want except very close to people’s homes and in people’s gardens. You are even allowed to walk across grazing fields actively being roamed by farm animals. You obviously have to close the gate behind you though.

You guys should get a right of way law.

You are even allowed to walk across grazing fields actively being roamed by farm animals. You obviously have to close the gate behind you though.
For some reasons England always seems to be behind Scotland in such social issues
