Why none of chat apps have 1080p video call? Is it a Android issue to implement or battery concern?

  Google meet has but for some reason only between Samsung and pixel. I think. Maybe signal has too?

    Yes. It’s a exclusive feature for Samsung and Pixel. Then why pre-installed on all phones.
