Totally. I bought a regular car 3 years ago (fake hybrid) but that thing is so beautiful, told my fiancee that I need her to learn how to drive so I can buy that one and she can use the one I bought.
It’s interesting to me that Trump has turned me, an American, against my country. Not against just him, but against the many people okay with what he’s done. This seems like the dawn of a dark era where we spit in Europe’s face unless they’re Putin. How the fuck can I support that? I stand with Europe now. Our former allies. So fucked up that my own government won’t even pretend to want to work with a valuable network of allies
I’d love to buy one aswell, but seriously how are people affording these EVs? At 45k€ this ID4 is just ridiculously expensive expensive for someone like me that has a regular job…
To be Honest, Volkswagen has been on my No-Go list ever Since Dieselgate.
Not to be a defender of VW, but I really hate this arguably unfair flack they get for diesel gate. Basically every auto manufacturer cheated emissions, VW were just the ones that got caught. If anything, VW cheated their emissions much less than others.
Same. Also, software in their cars, apps and supporting infrastructure is shite.
And don’t forget the data collection scandal just recently.
