Why can’t they write more than 10 episodes per season nowadays? This could’ve been a regular 24 episode season 3 instead.
24 episode schedule was really brutal on cast and crew. It was crazy long hours and took up their whole life.
I believe the filming alone took a week per episode in those days, which adds up to about half a year every year the show runs. That’s nuts.
I do wish they could bump SNW up to 12-13 episodes, though. Just a little breathing room.
But… It’s their job, right? I mean, I work nearly every day and get maybe a month or two of vacation every year.
I have no idea, but I had heard that a company was going to buy Paramount, but didn’t. Maybe they are having financial issues, but still making shows, just not as many
