Pinbetalingen kunnen gebruikt worden als drukmiddel omdat ze via Amerikaanse bedrijven lopen. "Onwenselijk", noemt DNB dit risico.

There is GNU Taler which is quite cool, but thats not really ready for use yet sadly.
