SteamOS 3.7.4 Preview is out now and it contains only a few bug fixes, but one sounds pretty darn important to give non-Steam Deck users a good experience.
I have three all AMD systems, did not work on either. Installed fined but when it loaded, just a black screen so I’m using bazzite now which loads fine.
Build an all AMD system and you can use valve’s image right now.
