I can’t read this language, but I guess it says 78% oil from raps flower (I don’t know the English term) so, no not this, this is just oil I guess (please correct me) What I mean isn’t for cooking, just butter you can spray on your toast.
The English term has fallen out of favor - rapeseed oil. It’s very closely related to canola oil.
I believe it is now called Sexual assault seed oil.
Look for ghee, or clarified butter. It’s just butter with most of the milk solids separated/filtered out. You can just put it in any bottle and squeeze it wherever you want.
