Letting the world know that you can walk up to someone in the middle of the day and shoot them and get away with it? We all know CSI shows are over exaggerated, but they give us a feeling of protection Without a motive or a link to follow. A random gunman is next to impossible to find after they get away. This way they don’t have to make the charges stick but “they caught” the gunman. Security theater is important
