Worth while if you need it often, but otherwise just use parchment paper and a clip board.
I saw an electronic version of this YEARS ago. Never really saw a marketable product from it.
But I’d buy this! (Pizza peels are like playing Russian Roulette with your dinner!)
It feels like one of those tools almost all of the population would never even see, but for one very specific niche it’s extremely invaluable
