I’m sorry to ruin it, but, not the original. Alfred Hitchcock originally said insomnia not fascism. Although, he did created anti fascist material. As much as i wish this where accurate, it isnt. IMO he probably wouldn’t disagree.
I’m sure a lot of older artists would not mind their work being appropriated to fight fascism, but your point is well taken.
