Roughly 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 Marines had been deployed. It wasn’t immediately clear how long the rest would stay in the region.

Were they deployed to search Texas survivors instead or is it more about hiring people than helping people?

They don’t need the National Guard anymore because ICE just got a ridiculous budget.

Nice. What was the price tag for your little play war games again? Rather have my tax dollars go towards releasing some files showing me which pedos are running the government

So Trump and Kegsbreath sent 4000 USNG troops and 700 Marines.

200 of the USNG troops were redeployed to fight forest fires.

2000 of the USNG Troops are now RTB.

    So…

He added that the remaining troops “continue without a mission, without direction and without any hopes of returning to help their communities.”

2,500 US service members are just sitting around…

Lordy we have three more years of this shit….

No, these aren’t U.S. army troops, they are Californa Army National Gaurd not United States Army. They are California’s troops, not the U.S.'s the controversy in part was because its a deastic move for the federal government to yoink a states troops and the current situation nowhere near truly qualified.

Yeah. LAGU (los angeles guerilla unit) was able to fend off multiple units of troops with expensive food prices, no housing and a homelessness crisis. They won’t be back any time soon. JK, they’re just leaving cuz Trump secured funding for his gestapo now.
