Yeah, first 24hrs I was hopeful this social media platform was above Reddit. It felt like this one was more supportive of peoples right to expression. Now, I see it is just the same/similar to Reddit. Oh, well. At least I know what I am dealing with now.
If I didn’t know a lost cause when I see one, I’d recommend them to seek out a mental health professional. These are sick people who will suffer and die an horrific death by their own hand at an early age.
This is why I laugh when people try to paint Lemmy as the more nuanced and broad-minded alternative to Reddit.
