He almost looks like some animatronic cats I’ve seen.
My dog does this because he wants you to scratch his armpit. When he’s done with the one armpit, he’ll switch so you can do the other one.
How do you know if the tail movement is angry or happy?
That’s a happy little wiggle. Both her and her brother do this. Angry is not as “smooth” if you know what I mean
