Of course. What is sambal, just in case there’s someone in the audience that doesn’t know it?
Sambal is chili paste. A lot of the time, depending on the cuisine, it has other things in it. Sometimes just garlic. Sometimes it’s shrimp paste. I’ve yet to have one that wasn’t delicious! I’ve never seen this dish before. Looks…interesting. :)
