Seen this case since when it was first brought years ago, always thought it was BS. I’m sure the film industry will not stop trying though.

The lone defendant in this process is out-of-pocket over $50,000 thus far (likely several times that), and the plaintiffs have been ordered to repay these costs (rare for litigation in Canada.)
