Besides diagnosed PTSD, I’m under constant extremely high stress levels. it’s been a long time. and I assume I would have gotten used to it? anything that can actually help me not be constantly overwhelmed all the time?
don’t want to relieve my constant trauma or traumadump. lets just say it feels like my veins are about to explode and I’m often seeking any distraction for my thoughts that are about my reality and are extremely scary.

tried shrooms, went from low dose to “hero dose” little to no effects, just saw some patterns in the corner of my eye. haven’t tried the rest, no idea where to get them
