2 years agoI’ve never had any problems at McDonald’s with their ice cream / milkshake machines in Europe. Maybe the US simply gets the faulty machines?

The Philips Integris is a very old machine. Although I’m not an expert, the machine looks identical to the 1989 variant: https://www.philips.com/a-w/about/news/media-library/20190101-Philips-Integris-interventional-system-1989.htm
It’s probably useless in any modern country.
