The only time I hear the blasted thing is when I don’t hold the power button down long enough on my Bluetooth receiver in the car and for some reason the assistant thinks I’ve summoned it. Begone foul beast. You taint my vehicle with your presence.

For some reason I doubt that’s a common practice with people hellbent on not seeing ads and not paying for the service.

Color me surprised if I’m wrong about that.

I use youtube music everyday as well as downloading videos on my phone to play without wifi. So maybe I do use some premium features, which may make me biased.

My landlord has entered my premises without proper warning. This stuff happens. With some of the shit you see on police bodycams, lots of landlords don’t understand they can’t treat the rented property like their own house

My coworker told me he’s spent I think he said $8,000 on Destiny 2. That was half a year ago or more. So more by now. I was so floored that I don’t remember the number exactly but it was astronomical. One of the few times in my life I struggled not to show a disrespectful amount of shock or however you wanna put that.

Today he told me his friends are trying to get him into Warframe. But he said he didn’t like the idea of not being able to get into the main quests without jumping through hoops. I don’t know either game well, but I’m pretty sure that’s ironic.

It’s escapism for him, I know that much, so it’s tangential.
