Also, can you normally customize Windows 10 like that or did you have to use WindowBlinds or something? I know you can change the colors but I remember the colors being a lot more muted than that. Or maybe I only picked muted colors myself lol.

Shoutout to the oldschool runescape wiki people. One of the best and most thorough video game wikis I’ve ever used. If they never got hooked on medieval cookie clicker a decade or two ago who knows what else they would’ve achieved.

Nah I don’t know it, cause that’s not been my experience. But admittedly my experience is also pretty limited so maybe I’ve just yet to run into this myself. I’m just a general use case desktop PC user not doing anything particularly technical.
