Oui évidemment mais je parlais relativement à d’autres pays justement, on a la chance d’avoir un tissu social du libre très robuste (associations, hébergeurs, développeurs, institutions, universités, etc…)

J’irais peut-être pas jusqu’à dire Montréal capitale du libre, mais il y a quand même un large écosystème du libre au Québec
