I think it’s simply that OP follows him, he tweets a lot, and OP is a Lemmy power user so posts his tweets here frequently. Any time I see his tweets it’s always been posted by OP; I’ve seen some users suspect OP of being a bot but given the amount of regular comments they also post I feel like it might just be someone who has a pretty regular routine of posting stuff they’ve found during the day.

All just speculation from me though…

I found out the other day this is being referred to as Mar-a-Lago face. Search it up if you like; I don’t want to link to any news rags (Independent, Huffpo, etc), who are the only ones writing about it.
