might have something to do with SAF, idk why but android file operation especially with the default file manager is pretty weird. I tend to just use unzip on termux or total commander and it generally seems to work better…

is i2p torrent actually usable? last time i tried i2p itself was extremely slow and there was basically nothing to download, nobody seeding…

yeah, sometimes it vibrates when there’s no notification… which is extremely weird since i have internet access and notification blocked for about any app. Haven’t looked much since it’s not so often tho.

not sure about win/mac, but for android yes they do keep record of stuff like what apps are being launched and upload/sync to google account. it’s not hidden though… it is(was) literally available on google account history or something (was about 7 years ago)

my primary machine’s a dell precision t5810 and secondary one’s t3600, both has old power hungry xeon cpus so they’re pretty hot even on idle

yeah during the summer but also sometimes during the winter, my computer’s heat makes my room hot enough

Thanks for writing this. Right now I have an X230 without a keyboard, since I got it very cheap for having an extremely broken/dirty keyboard. I’m thinking of just getting a 7 row in here for the least price possible, could you please recommend the least worst knockoffs among the ones you’ve bought?

it’s not perfect, it loses tons of data for some reason. there’s also pretty much no way to properly archive documents in google docs (their history/metadata)
