I was gonna make a joke that it’s also an idea that’s on so many street corners and coffee cups. However after googling I found out that it’s a siren on the Starbucks logo and not a mermaid. My joke fails on both humour and fact.

No lie, when I saw the ghosts in FF7: Remake or whatever … I forced myself to finish the game and there’s no way I’m likely to play any of the sequels.
Also, like, this is just me but I got into PlayStation games fairly late. I got a PS5 and I played God of War 4 and was gobsmacked about how good that game played and looked. When I played FF7: Remake, the game itself looked amazing and a younger me would have loved seeing those graphics. However, I felt the cinematics and storyline were SO lackluster. I think after seeing God of War 4 cinematics, the FF7: Remake ones felt so dated …
Btw, I actually enjoyed FF15, I know it’s like unfinished with drama and all that but I really did like playing that game.
I can tell who’s going on Joe Rogan next!
Anyone who thinks this is just a Trump thing is insane. It doesn’t end with him. The entire system needs to be purged of this corruption.
I convinced my parent company like 10 years ago to stop the push to Silverlight. We were a .NET shop so it made certain sense and we were basically writing apps, but I had to tell them that MS was killing it and it was better to stick to web apps.

Feels like this…
There is one thing that is absolutely certain about throwing a dead cat on the dining room table – and I don’t mean that people will be outraged, alarmed, disgusted. That is true, but irrelevant. The key point, says my Australian friend, is that everyone will shout, “Jeez, mate, there’s a dead cat on the table!” In other words, they will be talking about the dead cat – the thing you want them to talk about – and they will not be talking about the issue that has been causing you so much grief.[1]
I think on the third rewatch I noticed that the first line of the diary had a different meaning:
::: spoiler !“We were two young men at the start of a great career. Two young men devoted to an illusion. Two young men who never intended to hurt anyone.” :::
I don’t think we could have made the progress with smoking in the US now like we did back then. Would have turned into a partisan issue about freedoms and all that.
and yet the polls say it’s like 48-49 because voters are morons and eligible non-voters don’t care
Bread and circuses. My Ford supporting friends will point to these small things as if these are the issues that really matter.
I know it’s absolute schlock but I’d give anything to watch Infinity War for the first time again.
I just loved it and still do but man …
I know it’s not Matt’s fault and that he took over from the last guy.
However, it’s true incompetence as to how this happened in the first place. CEOs are so overpaid and to fuck up that much and still walk away with like 45 million or something, it’s staggering.
Joe Rogan is trapped in there as well. Cosplaying intellectuals and sitting in this non-stop spin will rot your brain.
Nintendo confirmed that with me via an email!
They were speaking the truth, apparently that is helping the dems to them … whodathunkit.
Are Trump supporters against the Genocide?
I don’t need a headphone jack all the time, but I really do fucking want one when I need it. Dongles suck.
There’s something really satisfying about running a script that you know would save time. Even if the overall time is probably a negative.
I wrote a script that would log me into our AWS EKS stuff. I typically would have to copy these 7 lines and look up which cluster version I’d need. One of my lines just pulls all the clusters and I use fzf to select the cluster I wanted. Takes away all the pain and makes me feel smug. Love it.
I’m gonna try to “steel man” this: It’s a lot of dumb fun with harmless, non-political games and interviews with other celebs. He’s generally likeable and has musical talent and people look like they’re having fun on the show.
Honestly though, I don’t like Fallon, he annoys me. However, I’ve had friends that used to send me lots of clips of his like with Andy Samberg and him playing this quick guessing game and I was like, “meh, it’s alright I guess”. My friends also like James Corden so take from that what you will.
He sounded so pathetic trying to rebut with that.
