KSA: “Yeah I defnitley didn’t do nothing just like Israel over there. I don’t even know what an Iran is”
Hey don’t worry, that defense pact with Pakistan is as useless as Pakistan’s field marshal who has been running the country into the ground lol.
America could be utterly broken after this war with Iran, but Pakistan will still be sniffing up Uncle Sam for IMF loans.

Makes sense but since ISPs are essentially a monopoly in fiber, they get to charge whatever they want, despite the fact that I know AT&T’s break even cost for 5G fiber is $10 a month per line.

The modern web is an insult to the idea of efficiency at practically every level.
You cannot convince me that isolation and sandboxing requires a fat 4Gb slice of RAM for a measly 4 tabs.

You joke but those banks have some of the most notoriously locked down systems in the world. I think some of them even run a completely in house EDR.
Still would be funny though

I’m kinda annoyed that even with infinite oil money, they proceeded to design a compleltly unsustainable city for as cheaply as possible.
I would have thrown that money into some next gen terraforming and serious civil engineering projects to make a technological hypercity.
Instead we just got the billionaire’s backyard of concrete, glass, and roads.

And Cantonese. Just because its not a small minority doesn’t mean Beijing wants to overrun everything with Mandarin lol.

According to a 2018 study published by Oxford University Press, Ynet publishes articles and interviews at the instigation of the Israeli government, without declaring any connection with the government – these publications aim to stir up pro-Israeli sentiment.[12]
I’m getting tired of this community man
Have any of you authored a successfully merged PR for a popular open source project?
This has to be a requisite before people start complaining about AI dev usage, otherwise you shouldn’t even on this site with the Windows (vibe coded lol), Mac, Linux, or even FreeBSD kernels since they all have AI used somewhere in the development process.
Just because someone is using AI, doesn’t mean something is vibe coded. There was also still crappy vibe coded software long before there was ever AI.
I thought the previous thread on Vim was bad. What are you guys going to do now? Fork Lutris and make a downstream that no one maintains or uses?

I feel like this is being deliberately overblown, they didn’t even share the full message.
“They” could refer to anyone without the context.
The reason I felt like mentioning this is because Iran is waterlogged in a war at the moment, so they actually started releasing political prisoners because they need public support. There’d be very little reason to go after the soccer team, regardless of their reasoning not to sing their national anthem.
I think the squad size is also like 23 people, so that’s still 17 that didn’t opt to stay.

According to the survivors it was, they said they the first blast made the principal move everyone to the common room for shelter, and the second one struck and killed almost everyone in the shelter.

Surplus 90s equipment and lack of 21st century AMRAAMs is not a serious effort to back Ukraine.
They didn’t even give the F-16s until it was literally too late to make a difference.
I still remember a horrendous reddit article post of everyone championing Ukraine receiving a measly couple hundred ATGMs fom the UK as if that was going to do anything against Russia.
If the US was serious about their offer, they would have provided several squadrons of aircraft, training, the new AIM-260, muntions, etc etc.
While Ukraine was drowning in technology transfer blocks, they shipped all of that stuff to Israel no questions asked.
And for money mind you. Ukraine was still able to fund those purchases at the time.

Just do what Pakistan did and make a publicized nuclear team and nuclear infrastructure that acts as the fall guy for the real nuclear team and real infrastructure.
Also probably maybe have a government and military that isn’t susceptible to espionage.

I feel like if Iran really wants nukes fast, they should just ship that uranium and some cash to NK to have it enriched to weapons grade.
Maybe exchange the missile technology for their warhead design too.
Cuz even though we already are highly aware the US is lying when they say it could be refined super easily in the middle of a war, any attempt to do so would immediately get noticed and promptly bombed.
…
Actually a funnier idea would be to place a bunch of fake inflatable enrichment cylinders in some random location in the mountains so that the US and Israel waste their muntions on a fake encirchment facility lol.
Not even to protect the real one, just to make them turn their attention away from everything else and bomb an empty mountain.

I think ever since Valve fought through their first lawsuit with Sierra and lucked out with them finding evidence showing destruction of evidence, they probably developed zero appetite to fold for frivolous lawsuits lol.
shredis what you should be using if you really want to destroy a file, but I’m actually not sure that works well on all filesystems.I’m pretty sure FAT32 and NTFS leave behind partial file artifacts when you edit/append data, and especially when you physically move it around.
It just seems inevitable you’ll leave behind deleted blocks with data, which only a fulle drive wipe would guarantee removal.
