  • Yes in a fantasy kind of way I will fap to it and I would love one night with her for sure. Otherwise assuming it is a “bbl”, it would consider it a red flag for me personally. Someone that shallow and following bodyshape trends I would normally not date. It is also a disproportionately high cost thing to do for someone working as a police officer. That tells me something about their economic priorities… but she could also be running a successful onlyfans in the evenings, then it is a different story again… 🤔

  • Probably will be most notable for personal desktops with increased software support of consumer hardware. Mainstream only cares about what OS is pre installed, linux users are 99,9% advanced users just by the fact that they take the time to install an OS. Company adoption have the same issue, companies use what have worked before and what most employees are used to… and of course, what is pre installed on the desktops they buy.

Desktop linux is unlikely to happen at any point, just by the above facts. I am also not convinced it is the first choice for most tasks on a desktop. Servers and mobile it works great and other LTS hardware. With that said, I think when governments adopt linux we will definitely see an actual market and ecosystem develop… 2030? Maybe before, because countries will wake up and release its not the best idea to share all their data with MS. I could see something like Trump becoming president again, could actually spur on the adoption rate.

Sorry for the ramble, interesting question 👍

  • To be fair. His farming ventures have moved his opinion on climate in a positive direction. People can change their mind and that is a good thing. I would even go as far as calling it a very good sign that even a person as stubborn as the great ape Clarkson can change their opinion on this matter is absolutely fantastic. Good on Clarkson! And fuck the other guy for shoving up the past in his face when he is trying to be better.

  • You are right. But I still find the ‘heavier’ theory, that is what I assumed OP refered to, to be more difficult to grasp then following a basic tutorial and just trying to solve problems. In time with practice you get a better understanding for WHY the theory is how it is, and you can apply it better and of course improve your code. And that understanding will unlock more tools both in OOP and in your mind.

So if you are struggling, I recommend not starting with theory.

  • It’s a mistake in the label template. In variable label printing it is common to use the same template for all products, i would imagine that the weight is probably stored as a floating-point number in the database and it is required to round the number to fit it on the template. It probably looked fine for 99% of labels being printed, especially in the European market where we use the metre SI… but in this case it did not work out, classic programmers nightmare to handle different locales especially for a company that probably centralize all label printing for all Ikea stores in the world.
