Amazing, will read this in full. SW:A has been my first 40k Skirmisher after not enjoying Broad Scale 40k anymore and I think I liked it better than the Kill Team iterations (may be nostalgia though).

All I want is a nice “The last stand” mode.

While I like building fat bases in other games, I think the shift in DOW II, focused on controlling mission points and only small bases, was pretty good in terms of matching the lore.

Had a lot of fun with the rerelease of 1+2 on the deck. Maybe I’ll check these out as well

Yeah, after decades of waiting, maybe our expectations regarding new Dark Angel material have probably been to high. Not excited either.

I heard their latest live shows have been amazing though, so I’ll keep looking forward to get to one of those at some point.

Yeah it’s basically the successor of Nifelheim since Hellbutcher and Tyrant parted ways. It’s not as awesome as Nifelheim but still pretty good!
