I would expect better from UPS, and as usual the USPS surprises me with their quality.

I have a pro tip for mattresses! Thrown it down in your driveway, take a box knife and strip it to the bare metal springs. Boom! You now have a plant trellis. First try only took me 20 minutes.

Saw a posh resale store that took twin mattress springs, sprayed ‘em black, hung vertically and spaced 2’ apart over a standing flower bed. Now sure what the plant was but it sure looked cool.

UPS is rock and roll. Their employees are well paid and have solid benefits. You can tell because they’re always happy and positive. Rarely, if ever, had an issue.

FedEx OTOH, jesus. Their employees are more like contractors and are under constant pressure. They’re treated like shit and it shows.

Funny thing, I never see the same FedEx driver twice, love my UPS and USPS man. Turns out assigning regular routes brings efficiency and happy customers.

Had to tussle with people at my old company to get the UPS account info for shipping. “Just use the FedEx account.” No, fuck them, not rewarding bad behavior.

Very little experience with DHL, they’re a far distant third in commercial shipping.

The USPS is a marvel.
