I’ve propagated several Crotons before and decided to try it with a single leaf instead of a larger cutting. The majority of them rooted!

    Very cool!

    Sadly, I don’t think it can grow into a full plant.

    We’ll see, I really don’t know what to expect. My guess is if they can shoot out some new nodes before the leaf dies they’ll grow more or less like a “normal” cutting after that. The Croton leaves are tough so I’m hopeful they’ll hold out long enough.
