My rules are:

  • If it’s raining, I can skip that day, but must make up the distance later.
  • No banking ahead of time for rain.
  • No banking or making up distance for any other reason. The run must be every day.
  • Injury is a valid reason to skip a day, without making up later.

I invite anyone else who’s interested to join in their own identical or similar challenge.

    That is fair enough and is an aspect I didn’t consider not having to use them myself. It is just a shame as like 80% of my best ever runs have been during downpours or snow or other inclement weather.

    The other 20% tend to be from beautiful places I may not usually run like when ive been on holidays.
