Both of their declines are masked by the media covering them reading rehearsed answers or off a teleprompter in their day-to-day coverage, instead of the rare moments they go off-script and can barely express a coherent thought before meandering to another topic.

If you didn’t see his “stutter” such mumbling for 5 minutes and then blurting out “we beat medicaid!” or weird rambling stories or a million other instances until the WH came out and said it, maybe that should be a sign you should examine how your media is curated.
