I was gonna joke someone should write the Brian Kilmrade Bill that does just that and put it in front of Congress for a vote but now I realize it might actually pass

Anyone on the left would have lost their job in a heartbeat.

It’s time to stop holding those on the left to an entirely different, higher standard. It isn’t working and it only gives the fascists more power. This country is absolutely pathetic right now. Time to start putting some feet down and holding the line.

They are not pro genocide. They just understand nuance. You can be pro-Israel and anti-genocide. It requires mental capacity to also understand we can’t just abandon our ally because they have a shitty leader(s).

Should our allies abandon us because we elected Trump?

          Purity tests are dangerous.

Do you really think Harris would be this hands off on Israel had she been elected?

            I voted for Harris.
I think the rhetoric is different but the degree of permissiveness would be similar, yes.

We do know, because they had a year to stop it and instead they illegally gave Israel every bomb and bullet they wanted, even diverting weapon shipments from our other (slightly less) fascist puppet during a literal invasion, even going around congress to keep the weapons flowing, using diplomatic pressure and literally bombing other countries who tried to stop it.

You can be pro-Israel and anti-genocide.

That’s like saying you can be pro-nazi-germany and anti-nazi. There is no nuance in sending billions of dollars in weapons to a country actively committing genocide. That can only be taken to mean support for genocide.

Gotta love how it’s only a purity test when it’s progressives asking for concessions from the center. When the center doesn’t want to compromise it’s never obstinacy, it’s merely “pragmatism” but the left is expected to concede nearly everything. Phooey!

I think we should really put numbers to this and highlight the severity of his statement. According to numbers reported in The 2024 Annual Homelessness Assessment Report (AHAR) to Congress, he casually suggested killing around 771,480 people. https://www.huduser.gov/portal/sites/default/files/pdf/2024-AHAR-Part-1.pdf

That’s close to the population of Seattle. https://www.seattle.gov/opcd/population-and-demographics

Near the death toll of the American Civil War. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Civil_War

They know how this works: wait a week for everyone to move on to the next thing. The only thing that has even slightly managed to defy this pattern is the epstein list, and even then it’s still too early to tell.
