And… saving that for future use.
After an anecdote I learned I was “trauma dumping”. That was how I learned not to talk about myself.
God I love dry humor. Apparently my friends don’t even get my sarcasm half the time but it’s fun to see them figuring out if half of the ridiculous things I say are real or not xd
Just realizing this is only tangentially relevant but I thought of it because dry humor can be very effective to process trauma.
