I am 40 and just hired a trainer. Yes to age better and because I want to keep my muscle tone (especially my ass lol) I’m up in the gym 4-5x a week, at least an hour everytime. I meticulously track my macros and have to meal prep all my food. It has literally become my entire personality and has engulfed my life! If she was in the same boat, we would NEVER hear the end of it.
