Cool photo and 👋 to a fellow M4/3 user. How do you like that Pany 100-300 mm lens? I have the Oly 75-300 mm version and it’s great for the price.
@Tempus_Fugit I love the size, weight, and price. The sharpness at the long end is a bit of a weak point - I’m not at f/7.1 here for extra DoF. I’ve been thinking about upgrading to the first generation Panasonic 100-400.
Yeah mine is soft at 300 mm too. I try to stop down two stops if I can. I’m not super picky about it as I got a good deal on the lens. 400 mm would be nice. Something faster would be awesome, but all those lenses are like $3k.
