      Body doesn’t eat itself before almost a week or no food. Yeah you’ll be using up fat storage and such but that’s not it eating itself

            There are other sources of bleeding than the ones I specialize in, but the ones I’m familiar with, the bleeding happens when you get through the lining or it sloughs off. This isn’t medical advice blah blah
